Design and engineering are done in-house, by one team. A screen is never handed to someone else to make real.
That is a claim about who does the work, not about how fast it goes. A design decision and the cost of building it are settled by the same people at the same time, so a plan you are shown is one somebody has already checked they can make.

- Websites
- Pages a stranger reads once and decides about. The work is structure and typography, and copy fitted to the space rather than poured into it.
- Web applications
- Software that runs in a browser and holds state. Most of the work is what a demo skips: what the screen shows before the data arrives, what an error actually says, and what happens when the same record is open twice.
- Mobile applications
- Apps that follow the conventions of the phone they run on, rather than a website in a wrapper. What the app is with no signal gets designed here, rather than becoming a spinner.
- Custom software
- Programs written for one organisation and one problem. There is nothing to buy off the shelf, because the process the software has to fit exists nowhere else.

How a project starts
Write to us, and we talk about what you need. Then we build a plan for that specific piece of work. Every engagement is scoped on its own, after that conversation.
There is no price list, here or anywhere else. Nothing can be costed honestly before anyone knows what it is.
Some work is a project with an end. Some of it is ongoing. Neither is the default, and which one fits is part of what the first conversation settles.
