What this site is
A description of a studio, the work it does, and how to get in touch. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy.
Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to carry out any piece of work. If we end up working together, that is written down separately and agreed by both of us. This page is not that document and does not stand in for it.
Ownership
The content on it
The text, the design, the layout and the code of this site belong to Zenkoro Labs Inc., except where something is credited otherwise. The typefaces are licensed from their foundry rather than owned by us. The Zenkoro name and wordmark are ours.
You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Reproducing the site, or a substantial part of it, somewhere else is not licensed.
Limits
What we do not promise
Two things, and both matter more on a site describing work that is still being built than they would on a finished catalogue.
Accuracy and availability
Parsley is in development. What is written about it describes an app that is still being made, so details will change and this site may be behind the product.
We do not promise that anything here is accurate, complete, or current, and we do not promise the site will be available. It may be changed or taken down without notice.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, Zenkoro Labs Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site or from relying on anything on it.
That is not an attempt to disclaim everything. Some liability cannot be excluded by agreement, and where that is so, the paragraph above does not exclude it.
Jurisdiction
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada that apply in it.
Zenkoro Labs Inc. is incorporated federally, under the Canada Business Corporations Act. Contract law in Canada is provincial rather than federal, so a document like this has to name a province. That is the only reason one appears here, and this is the only place on the site where one does.
Updates
When these change
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes with them and the new version applies from the moment it is published.
There is no notice beyond that, and no archive of earlier versions.
